Good bonus and commission structure. Not a strict work culture. Employees overall are very friendly. Managers are slightly fair on setting work hours.
Cons
Very political, but what small business isn't? Many inept managers. Lack of communication and SOP's between departments causes a lot of loss in revenue and time, and time is very important when it deals with patients supplies being delivered in a timely manner. less than average PTO.
