      Pros

      Colleagues are nice. Good office events

      Cons

      Terrible engineering leadership. Poor communication from top down and even poorer strategic execution. They don’t know how to run an engineering department effectively. CEO runs around and fires people left and right, demoted when he wants and side lines others if they disagree with him.

      Free lunch and great location near Bryant Park

      Cons

      You can’t make a deal with a bad person, the CEO is not a decent person. Very poor leadership and unhappy clients under house arrest b/c of the data. It’s tough to leave GR. Oh, forgot, zero equity.
