Pros

Good work-life balance including a flexible work schedule (early arrival before 6 am) and an RDO schedule during the summer. Great team dynamics with lots of opportunities to contribute, although you can get away without contributing much.

Cons

Salary is not that great. The health-care package seems like a money pit. I am not sure how to move up in the company. Some of the managers have very bad attitudes and often complain about working conditions. High turn-over.

Um...federal holidays off, I suppose. That's about it.

Cons

Horrible, out-of-touch management, no HR department, little to no direction, employee's professional experience and knowledge is disregarded . No team building. Morale is really low.
