Pros

Can learn a lot and meet a lot of great people

Cons

Long hours outside at a gas station, driving your own car across town with no gas reimbursement, they pay you only four hundred for two weeks, after that your on your own making strictly commissions that adds up to only about two hundred a week. They do fake promotions to make you feel special with a title. There’s a lot of gossip around the office like high school, you have to work every Saturday six days a week after your fake promotion, they will also use brainwashing methods to make you feel like you have to stay, they make it extremely difficult for you to look for any other employment outside of their office, make you feel horrible if you call out sick because they will have you working outside in any kind of weather conditions selling a can of wax. With no benefits at all. It’s all mind games! Run far away from this company it’s all foolishness.

Pros

Fun atmosphere but it’s all a con so you don’t see what’s actually happening.

Cons

Well they’re a bunch of cons. They don’t pay you what they say they will. They force you to sign a lot of legally binding documents so you can’t do anything about it. You have to work atleast 10-12hrs everyday (outside on your feet), you work 5-6 days a week and they want you working 7. You are gaurenteed nothing they don’t pAy hourly at all its all commission. But they don’t tell you that, they tell you about an $800 safety net plus commissions. But they make you sign a document that says it’s versus not plus. I made the mistake of signing but no one else has to if they read this. I got this job because I was trying to pull myself and my family out of poverty and they wasted 3 weeks of my time and only gave me 623 after I worked 11 hour days everyday 5 days a week. They put on a great show and act like they want to help you but they don’t. PLEASE ANYONE WHO READS THIS SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND FIND SOMETHING BETTER!!! I worked my butt off And sold more than most of the people who had been there the longer but got practically nothing for all my efforts. They work you outside rain or shine and make you stay out there til you hit goal, whether that means staying til 8:30pm when you arrived at 9am. When I tried to speak with them about it, they gave me the run around and pretty much told me I was stupid for misunderstanding them. Yet I was told by 3 different people 4 seperate times that you get 800 PLUS orientation pay NOT versus. Otherwise I never would’ve taken the job. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH WHAT I DID WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEYRE ALL CONS.
