Cons
- Change of schedules frequently without enough previous notice
- The AC has been broken for I dont know how long now and they wont fix it, so you’re standing next to the boiling pots for 10 hours sweating so much that it makes you wanna puke / pass out.
- They wont let you sit even if there is no work to be done or you have to wait for something to be cooked that takes 1-2 hours. Just standing there in the heat.
- So much favoritism, friends of the higher roles take breaks of 45-50 minutes with no issues but if you take 1 more minute of your break they are on YOUR BACK.
- Some coworkers will treat you badly, tell you to follow “rules” when they themselves dont follow them. They scream, treat others badly, leave early, arrive late, take longer breaks, dont weak the security mask properly.
- They make you feel inferior all the time just because they been working there for longer even if you are more capable or know more.
Wouldnt recommend this place to nobody, I felt out of place and uncomfortable the entire time.
