      Probably the worst medical benefits I've ever received. Senior management not well aligned in strategy and objectives.

      Great people to work with. Never dreaded going to work.

      Cons

      The knowledge that most the people have there doesn't equal what they receive in pay. Always seems like it's in "start-up" company mode....always scraping by, but lots of great things on the horizon.
