      Pros

      Very fast-paced if you’re working with the SG fab, with opportunities for you to learn and grow as a fresh graduate. Allowance and OT pay is not bad. Office culture is ok.

      Cons

      No work life balance. No chill. High expectations from you if you’re working with SG fab. Need to be “on call” even outside of work hours. No WFH flexibility even though you are working remotely. Can be challenging working remotely to support the SG fab.

      Everyone is willing to help and the training is actually good training

      Cons

      If I didn’t know someone that worked since I was going to overnights I didn’t really meet anyone on my team except my manager once. Also I wouldn’t know who to reach out like manger wise if I didn’t know someone who already worked here
