Pros
#1 - The people... I have been with the organization for some time, and I can honestly say that my colleagues are some of the best in the industry. It truly makes coming to work every day a pleasure. #2 - The flexibility... Do you have to work hard here to be successful? Of course. However, the flip side of that coin is that the company offers a large amount of autonomy. What you do with the autonomy is up to you - either you sink or swim. Those who take full advantage of that autonomy flourish here. #3 - The money is not bad either :) You put in the effort you WILL be rewarded, period.
Cons
Hours can be long, but that goes with the territory. If it was easy everybody would be doing it right? Sometimes it is hard to 'disconnect' from the office especially when you are so invested in being successful here.
