Pros

- Will get to use the newest handheld devices/gaming consoles/graphic cards. - Friendly Managers. They were always there when needed guidance. - Plenty of overtime opportunities. Weekend work for OT pay is a common thing. Just ask and they'll fill you in on one of the projects on weekends or holidays. - Good infrastructure. Office is very spacious.

Cons

- As an individual, you will be considered as just another resource with little or no value unless you perform exceptionally well, enough to catch the eye of the management. And that may take a lifetime to achieve! - You will be paid in peanuts. - All you get for free is water. - HR policies keep changing with the weather. - The inventory in-charge, Mr. Holam will be rude to you no matter what! And you can do nothing about it. - Nearly half the PC/inventory components in the office do not work. Since PC's will be shared by many other employees, first thing you need to do to begin your day in office is search for your PC and working components to assemble with it. - Clients are constantly lied to, about the quality of work being done. Managers will always be ready with an excuse for the Clients, to cover up the faults. - If there's no work, you will be put on vacation with no pay. If a project is cancelled, you will be asked to go home. - Almost all good talents have left because of false promises and long due appraisals.

Pros

Very fun and relaxed work environment. Could enjoy yourself while working on games.

Cons

Work weeks are iffy depending on progression of projects, so could have multiple weeks with no work.

Pros

Some of the best and most caring people in office, management is understanding and HR is super nice

Cons

Pay is $8/hr starting, offices are cramped with no privacy and the top company leadership clearly does not give a single thought to how they effect their employees with their decision making
