      Pros

      I enjoyed my time working at Globe Life. If you had good work ethic and skills, you could make good money. The pay is incentive based, so the more payments you collect, the more you can make.

      Cons

      There were not many benefits as a part time employee. I wish they offered more benefits.

      I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

      Cons

      Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
