The position I worked was QA. The training was great. But once I hit the live floor they true colors came out. The supervisors are trained to belittle you every chance they get. The Pick on you about every thing. First, you better not be human. You need to work like a robot and not think about breathing until your break. The want you talking nonstop so bathroom breaks is at the question until your break. Their KPI is unrealistic they want you to be dialing like an automatic dialer. The closes are not going to happen cause the false advertise and harass their customers. They have us call customers every 2 hrs all day long and by time the customer answer their mad and want to cancel. They also micro manage you. Watching you behind their screens. They have no trust in their workers. And as soon as you think you doing a good job hear go the Supervisor find something else to harass you about. The mental anguish of this job is not worth it. If you desperate go for it but you'll be quitting in About 2 weeks from Start date. Let me give it to you this way everyone in my training class quit.
