Pros
Relatively progressive for a Filipino company. The people and the culture is definitely one of the better ones out there, and everyone generally gets along well. This is particularly helpful if you are in one of the more high-stress environments of the company.
Cons
They do a lot of cost-cutting, even if it means the people will suffer, all in the name of higher revenue. Some ideas are hurriedly pushed out, which often backfires sooner or later. Promotions can also be highly dependent on connections, which is unfortunate as there is a lot of top-tier talent in the company that are put in the backburner in favour of the louder ones.
