Pros
The office is nice and so are the people. The work isn't too hard and you can spend your time doing anything but work if you want to.
Cons
The work is dull. People get fired for finishing their work early. It can be difficult to work while everybody is just chatting around you loudly, but who could blame them, considering they'd lose their jobs if they concentrated on working?
