Good friends and support system within the company, a very positive community.
Cons
The work you put in is not worth the compensation you are getting, really low base and making commissions for contracts recruitment is a low process and can take almost a year until you are consistently billing. It's not worth the struggle if you are looking to make money quickly. There are top billers but it did take them over a year to get there. Working hours are also too long and it's not rare for consultants to stay in office till 8, with poor compensation.
