Pros

Some junior team members are genuinely skilled and motivated.

Cons

• Leadership & Communication Issues: The CEO often lacks the confidence to stand by his decisions, which creates confusion across teams. Many cluster heads lack the necessary domain knowledge, and in several cases, juniors have more practical exposure than their seniors. Additionally, several cluster leaders struggle with basic English-speaking skills, often fumbling during client meetings. This becomes embarrassing and impacts the organization’s overall credibility and professional image. • Toxic Work Culture: The work environment is mentally exhausting and stressful. Employees are consistently overburdened, and when they seek guidance, seniors frequently push them to “figure it out” instead of offering support. Interns are expected to work independently without proper KT or initial training. • Salary Delays: Salaries are regularly delayed by 2–3 months, causing financial stress for employees. Despite repeated concerns raised by staff, no effective action is taken to resolve this issue. • Poor Work-Life Balance: Late working hours are normalized, with no appreciation, benefits, or recognition. Employees are often blamed for not doing enough, while some cluster leads contribute very little and shift responsibility downward. • No Structure or Processes: There is no clear workflow, system, or organizational structure. Many managers lack basic client-handling skills, which leads to miscommunication and operational chaos.
