Pros
The design team in my time there is full of bright, creative people, and there is a ton of room to contribute meaningfully. You are given healthy autonomy to accomplish your work. Constructive and helpful feedback is always available.
Cons
Even though it was improving steadily, there was a decent amount of cross-department disconnect. There was an insane amount of weekly meetings, making it very difficult to carve out time to complete tasks.
