The owner is a Master Esthetician and not only runs all 4 locations, but has a full book of clients, too. I find this a positive because she is 'in the trenches' with her staff. The commission is the highest you will find and there is no micromanagement at all.

Not really a con for me, but it is a 1099 position with no benefits, so it is not for everyone.
