Pros

Work from home if you like it Early finishes Decent basic

Cons

Commission structure is tiered and designed so you're just shy of it. If you don't hit tier 3 your comms are poor...16 sales to hit tier 3. If you hit 15 sales then that's the equivalent of missing out of £1000... Only the reps that did overtime hit tier really Revolving door...most only last a few months Pitch and quote mindset. Managers have never sold solar, and don't know the technical either..if you ever ask for help you're send around like a yo yo

Pros

Fantastic place to work, given all the tools to be successful. Lead quality, company structure and the standing and reputation in the market. You work hard and you'll be rewarded, precisely want you want as a salesperson. Great workplace culture, can't recommend enough. Wish I'd joined sooner.

Cons

Little to none. Work from home is a huge advantage, and any cons to that are offset by the ability to go into the office whenever you wish.

Pros

Remote working, strong foothold in industry and a relatively good sales model.

Cons

Management, some seem to think because of longevity in the company and position they have some ego complexes or even small man syndrome and communication is utterly poor amongst departments to the point you have to consistently chase for changes/ actions.
