I’ve really enjoyed working here mainly because of the people. Everyone’s approachable, willing to help, and there’s not a lot of ego, which makes a big difference day to day. The mission is also something I actually care about—it’s nice knowing the work ties back to real patient impact. I also like that there’s a real push toward innovation. We’re not just maintaining a product—we’re actively trying to improve it, especially with AI. From what I’ve seen, it’s less about hype and more about figuring out how to use it in ways that actually make sense in a clinical setting. I’ve had a lot of ownership too, which I appreciate. It’s also a pretty fast-moving environment, which I see as a positive. Things aren’t overly rigid, so you can move quickly, try new ideas, and have a real impact without getting stuck in layers of process.

Things move fast and you must adapt. Innovation and speed are the standard. Not for you if moving fast makes you uncomfortable.
