      Nothing They even make us write the code in terminal vim/ nano which is outdated by around 10 years

      Unfortunately, my experience with the company has been disappointing. I found a lack of managerial support and inconsistency between stated commitments and actual follow-through. This created a challenging work environment where it was difficult to feel valued or supported in achieving professional growth.
