Pros
I joined the company on November 21, 2024, as a Full Stack Intern, and now I’m working as a Full-Time Associate Software Engineer. It’s been an amazing journey so far — I’ve learned a lot, grown both technically and personally, and truly enjoyed the experience. During my internship, I got to work with a variety of technologies like Angular, .NET Framework, SQL, Spring Boot, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Python FastAPI, and AWS. I even got the chance to apply these skills to a real project — ShopAll, an e-commerce website — which really helped me understand how everything connects in a full-stack environment. The work culture here is really positive. My colleagues are super supportive and feel more like friends than coworkers. There’s always someone ready to help, and that makes a huge difference. Our lunch group is honestly one of my favorite parts of the day — we have a great time together and it keeps the atmosphere light and fun. The company also has a good referral policy. I referred one of my friends who now works here full-time too, and I received the referral reward — which was a nice bonus! Overall, it’s been a really rewarding experience, and I’m genuinely happy to be part of this team. I’ve learned so much in a short time, and I’m excited to keep growing here.
Cons
Salary might be little low. Need to complete 9 hours. Only get WFH after 1 year.
