      Pros

      Most customers are wonderful to work with. Outdoor work around pools in summer.

      Cons

      Lots of driving. MicromanagING by owner. He finds any excuse he can to let you go in fall. Very poor morale. Very stressful and inconsistent oversight by owner. Owner's mood often dictates his responses and reactions to employees. Owner frequently promotes then demotes.
