Everything. Staff turnover is horrendous, if anyone has ever worked there for more than 6mths I’d be surprised…..except for the Latvian workers who rent homes off the boss so have no choice but to continue working there or they become homeless. One Latvian guy refused to work overtime without pay and they sacked him on the spot and told him he had 2 days to move out of the bosses rented homes. He had no where to live or work as they controlled him.

N/A There are no pros......oh wait......umm no I still can't think of any pros.

It's a company that is set up to succeed and will do very well.....however the extremely poor management let it down. The staff turnover is extremely high, average employment is around 6 months, and management don't understand why. It purely down to the way the management treat their staff, and I fear will eventually be the companies downfall and ruin the big potential of what could be a great company.
