Pros

Decent money if you work in an extremely busy location

You are fined for EVERYTHING so be careful. They have unrealistic expectations including things like moving stock to another store which will not benefit your stall at all and only add 6 hours to your working day. They told us twice they were coming to help pack up and didn't, meaning we had to book the storage shed for another two weeks at our expense. The shrinkage at the end of season was charged retail price, not wholesale price so there is no real respect for licensees from head office. Long hours, it takes a minimum five hours to set up and took over twelve to pack down without the assistance we were initially promised. Spoke to busier stores who were taking more money who vowed they would never return as HO was so hard to deal with. The boxes of calendars that were sent to us came in lots of 50-70 boxes and were not categorised at all. We had 48 hours to check each calendar in each box and report it back, but we were not allowed to leave the kiosk to actually do this meaning if they had not sent us the correct stock it was too late to send it back or report it.
