      Absolute joke - Sales Executive Go1 Employee Review

      Pros

      As long as you don't take it too seriously, you might find a corner of the business protected by the chaos. Working with 3rd Party Partners you could get the flexibility and autonomy to build some great relationships and expand your network. You could also develop comical content for writing a Netflix series about a really poorly run tech company that took on way too much VC funding without having a viable business plan.

      Cons

      Leadership team is an absolute clown show. They stopped sharing employee survey feedback and announced to their workers they are going to try to "suck less". At what stage do leaders just give up like that? Last I heard (I no longer work there) is they were managing to suck about the same. Good to hear I guess!

      Pros

      Go1 has a lot of amazing people who are working hard to shift the business towards a new vision which will be significantly more competitive and is inspiring to be a part of. Past years of Go1 have felt like the product strategy slowed or stalled, but the energy has begun to rebound as we’ve re-envisioned the product direction. It’s exciting to be part of. The people are genuinely kind, the in-person get togethers (GoGether) are fun and well planned, the culture has improved a lot in the last year!

      Cons

      Go1 is evolving quickly (feels like a lot of change) because the market is evolving quickly. It can feel overwhelming at times, but better to be moving fast and changing directions vs staying static!
