Pros
-Manager was cool, incredibly understanding, communicates through text, works along with the team
-Most coworkers cool, J-1 interns during summer, Job training interns during seasons (so extra help during busiest times)
-Microwave, refrigerator, fisherman's wharf
-Use Rezdy, Rentcentric, drive gocars up and down lot
-Build confidence through instructing people on what the tour will look like and how to drive the vehicles
Cons
-Overbooking, literally the worst because people end up waiting over 30min after putting down deposit, then they get rightfully upset, especially if they reserved (although I do not agree with how some adults display their frustrations)
-Not enough information on website so people are surprised by certain information like deposit hold amounts
-Inattentive customers/hagglers
-leaky gascans
-Rentcentric (the POS) issues
-Little GoCars have no reverse
-Not the job, but the demographic? Way too many customers come through wearing blue lives matter flags on their clothing
-Micromanaging CoOwner that drops by during the busiest times and usually explains how to do something you were about to do or impractical to do due to the flow of people or how the system fluctuates due to reservation days vs non reservation days
