Pros
no direction so you get to do whatever you feel is right. Great if you like learning on your own.
Cons
No transparency, unethical, mean, moody... Uses cheap labor from immigrant / knows they cannot ask for more pay or respect A stressful environment, unpredictable owners, you never know if you will have pissed or happy bosses. Will text at any given time to tell you your job sucks, never having any direction and trying to figure out what they want. You will do 1000 different things all the time but it will never be enough. You will NEVER be rewarded, thanked or encouraged. They will fire you without notice or reason. They will disrespect you and laugh at your beliefs.
