Pros
Once it was a good company with good culture. But it’s just past.
Cons
What was once a good company has completely lost its culture due to a few recent hires. It truly feels like one bad fish has polluted the entire pond. There is absolutely no motivation, no support, and an environment so toxic that team members are pushed to tears and mentally tortured until they eventually resign.
Micromanagement is at its peak. Every single minute of your day is tracked — your laptop logs, even a one-minute gap, is monitored and conveniently used as a reason to threaten or terminate employees when performance cannot be questioned. There is zero empathy. Employees who have genuinely given their best — earning multiple appreciations, rewards, recognitions, appraisals, and even promotions — are treated as disposable.
What’s worse is that long-standing, loyal employees who once shared strong bonds with their teammates are slowly influenced by these new toxic leaders, turning into silent spectators or unwilling participants. These “parasites” are slowly eating away at the company, and by the time leadership realizes the damage, the overall rating will already have hit rock bottom.
This is hands down one of the worst companies to join if you value your mental health. Your day starts and ends feeling like you’re sitting on a hot tawa, constantly being roasted, living in fear that you could be fired over something as minor as a typo in an email. If constant anxiety, fear, and emotional burnout is what you’re looking for — then go ahead and join. Otherwise, stay far away.
