Pros
Don't work more than one year in this company if you are beginning your career. Your regular it consultancy company, there aren't really a lot of pros, maybe the restaurant card to eat outside occasionally. Salaries are ok. Remote work is prioritized.
Cons
There's not job security, they a do a payment scheme that is now illegal in Mexico, I took it because I needed the job. You get laid off if the client ends their business relationship with them.
