Pros
The company proactively seeks to be innovative, progressive, and united from inside out. Their strengths stem from their leaders down striving to be cheerleaders of their employees as they reach their personal to career goals. They allow the opportunity to fail and grow from failures, alongside the structure of constantly learning and "sharpening our saws". There is consistant room for growth in our skillsets alongside growing our network. This is a company I am proud to work for.
