Pros

It's good when the CEO isn't around

Cons

Please do think twice before you apply for this job. The reviews before October 3rd are fake because the CEO knows that it affects recruitment. She doesn't give clear instructions, but when you ask, she will say that she's busy. or you need to figure it out. You can't prioritise your work even if you want to because she expects you to do whatever that's on her mind. *There are no managers there now so how can there be reviews from current managers unless fake reviews? Think about it.*

Reviews submitted are self-initiated and come from ex and current employees. There is no bias. You have not been completing your assigned tasks and duties on time and engrossed in personal chats during office time. If you have completed the required paperwork and adhere to leave application policy, you would have got the childcare leave that you requested.

I am giving overall rating of 1 as rhats the minumum that the system allows. Bad attitude and micro managing management, lack of appreciation, scolded employees in an extremely rude manner

Cons

Incapable leadership. Refuse to listen to subordinates. Till date even the web page is still not up. Goes to show the incapable lady boss runs the business.

While our company GoPurpose is and has always been a holding company for its investees, hence we are not in a hurry to launch the website until some time in 2024-2025. Please check back regularly for more updates. If this is your concern, we wish you would have brought up the matter to our management while you were still hired with us, and we would have advised you on company objectives and direction. Sometimes it is all about effective communication. In addition, we do not believe you would have had any contact with the CEO, as traineeships are supervised by the respective dept managers.
