      Pros

      LogMeIn is a great place to work. I have been provided opportunities to grow and advance my career. My bosses care about my development The company has a great startup/tech feel even after growth. It’s exciting to see how the company will continue to grow over the next 3 years

      Cons

      Deadlines can be challenging especially given the amount of systems we manage. Are we growing to fast. Folks have integration fatigue. Nobody feels like they can take a day off ever

We have grown quickly but will continue to provide opportunities for our employees to do their best work. Our rapid growth has led employees to take on additional responsibilities causing some fatigue. Our Senior Leaders recognize the situation and are taking steps to invest resources into LogMeIn.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
