      Pros

      It is an enjoyable place to work with smart, passionate people. The transformation is ongoing and they announced the next era with some exciting growth opportunities ahead of the company. I think those translate to exciting opportunities for the people too. Using our own technology means you can work remotely if you need to, which means flexibility for juggling work and life, though the office locations are pretty special so it is nice to come in and experience that too.

      Cons

      Things move fast, like most growing SaaS companies. Need to be able to adapt and work with some ambiguity, but that is what makes it exciting! (if you like that environment). Some policies haven't caught up to reflect our new size, and needs more investment in the right infrastructure to help things scale.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
