Pros

Lots of events/swag/food. Had a spin room or two. Great culture.

Cons

Some ambiguity from management to employees. Not always sure what the long-term plans were, or why we changed products, etc. Some information regarding contract end dates were unclear.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
