      cant keep staff, overseas workers escalate everything, too busy taking care of small problems to keep up with larger problems.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
