      It’s like a gigantic cruise liner; changing direction is nearly impossible or takes years. Tedious undeveloped processes and procedures that hinder success.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
