Just another IT firm to avoid - Software Engineer GoTo Employee Review

No longer an innovative company, all of the software is just acquired legacy, your day job is to tinker it. No real carrier opportunities. Since the acquisition, the company is going downhill. Most offices are closed permanently, remote work is forced on us, but advertised as an "opportunity". Salaries are below the regional, management refuses to recognize this. CEO is preaching about transparency, yet the communication coming from top management is fuzzy. New company values are found each year, but they are just empty speech.
