Cons
My cons are related to the EMEA region: - Bad management - We had very good managers in the past but they are no longer with the company. - They let people with talent go, or they fire them. - Focus in the UK only - hiring people in Dublin mostly with no language skills, only English speakers - Resources mostly for the UK - no investment for othher countries. - Some products are not localized in any other language - only English. - EMEA very disconnected to the US - it looks like we are two different companies
