      Pros

      Before being taken private by Francisco Partners this was a great company. It had its problems but the culture was good, the work was rewarding and I enjoyed my job.

      Cons

      Post-Francisco partners, the culture was DECIMATED. People became just $s. Everything was off-shored and employees with long tenures and HUGE commitments to the product and company were fired. They say they care about their people but they fire them as if they didn't matter at all.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
