Pros
- Career opportunities are available to those who truly want to advance with the company - up to the person to set a goal and work towards it. - There are a lot of social events and all inclusive lunch and trips that the company provides throughout the year. - The company has been on a growth and development path for the past few years and its exciting to be around the creation and change of products and how they are accepted in the market place. - The open collaboration space allows you to be involved with all levels of management and other departments. This includes working within earshot of VP and C level executives. Its nice to be able to have a real conversation with them no matter what your position.
Cons
- Tough location if you don't live near the city or want to drive in. Parking in the area isn't cheap and meter maids don't skip a beat so don't let your meter expire - Most Sales/Support business is conducted over the phone, if your not cut out to be on the phone this might not be the job for you.
