      Great ideas but poor execution - Account Executive GoTo Employee Review

      Pros

      Great work life balance, if you get good partners life is great, and most management does what they can for you to succeed.

      Cons

      Leads are non-existent, partners are hard to come by, and it feels like there is little being done to make it an equitable sales floor.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
