      Decent benefit although they have been declining year over year with insurance and additional benefits

      Cons

      Layoffs like most tech companies. Not a huge effort to keep employees.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
