Pros
- Flexible schedule, hybrid in and out of office, and fully remote opportunities - Communication. There is open communication between employees and managers, between team members, and between teams. Even with team members both in office and remote, communication is always clear. - Organization & clarity. Clear objectives are determined for every project, initiative, meeting, etc. and are reviewed to make sure the team is on task. Everyone is respectful of the teams time, meetings start and end on time. - All team members are encouraged , and even expected, to have a voice. Everyone's opinions on a project, initiative, etc. are valued and considered, whether that individual is actively working on the project at hand or on a separate team. There's always room for feedback and it is always welcomed. - Culture. Companies like to talk about culture, but don't often follow through, GoWild is not one of them. The team is laid-back and fun, while also super passionate and fast moving. If you want to work hard and have a blast doing it, this is the place to be.
Cons
- I can't think of many. Because GoWild is a startup, it comes with the typical challenges, but the team faces them head on.
