Good discount on GZ plus other goods and services within the NRG (parent company) family. Occasional company lunches.
Cons
As with most places, if management makes mistakes that result in poor profits, such as ordering far higher quantities of specific products be produced than can be sold for profit before those units are phased out and replaced by better, updated units, the ground level employees are the ones that suffer via layoffs.
