Potential to be going to client site more often than not

The people you work with are great. That's it.

Management, especially the CEO, doesnt know what they're doing. No amount of restructuring will right the ship if they don't get more work. They laid off a ton of people in October and they still are having issues with billing rates. Culture used to be good, but now it's just a shell of what it once was. Amazing how laying off people affects the morale of the troops!
