Pros
If you enjoy working without recognition, love doing charity for wealthy owners who exploit employees, and want to waste your career, this is the place for you. If you're excited by the possibility of being fired at random, enjoy watching others get overpaid for less work, or dream of being featured on the Gojoko website to write fake positive reviews, then you’ll feel right at home here. This company thrives on chaos and deception, so if that's your idea of excitement, buckle up — you're in for quite the ride!
Cons
Terrible Management: The leadership lacks any vision or strategy to run a business effectively. They started by giving too much freedom, and now they've gone to the opposite extreme by micromanaging employees' in-and-out times and imposing a rigid break structure (30 minutes for lunch, two 15-minute breaks). This inconsistency shows a complete lack of direction. Toxic Environment & Unfair Layoffs: People are being fired randomly, without proper reasoning, as if management is playing a game of chance. There is no clear performance evaluation system, and those in higher positions seem to make irrational decisions without any logic. It’s as if they’re picking names out of a hat. Business Instability: The company clearly doesn’t know how to manage resources or projects. If something goes wrong, instead of resolving it, they often fire entire teams. It’s a company in steep decline, and this chaotic approach to hiring and firing is only speeding up its collapse. No Pay Raises, Only Empty Promises: The company treats employees like machines, expecting them to work tirelessly without ever acknowledging their efforts. When it comes time for raises, they offer excuses like “there’s no money” or “we’ll do better next year,” but those promises are never fulfilled. You’ll work hard but see no rewards. Unprofessional Retaliation: The management takes complaints personally, rather than addressing valid concerns. If you raise an issue, you risk being targeted rather than having the problem resolved. There’s no room for constructive feedback or improvement, just fear and retaliation. Unclean Office & Poor Conditions: Basic office cleanliness is ignored, and bringing up concerns about hygiene or workspace conditions is met with backlash rather than action. It’s an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment to work in. Bottom Line: This company deserves a 1-star rating, and that’s being generous. The only reason it might even have a few employees left is that they haven’t found a way out yet. If you’re considering joining Gojoko Technology, don’t! It’s a collapsing company with no future prospects. Management is clueless, the environment is toxic, and the lack of career growth, appreciation, and basic respect will only hurt your professional and personal well-being. Avoid this place if you value your career — it’s heading for failure at an alarming rate.
