Pros
It can be controversial when it comes to compensation & benefits (they don't match 401k) but it's a fair deal for many of the employees here. I have been here for less than a year so in terms of compensation, I don't have much to say but hopefully, I will get a better raise. You get what you deserve, in my opinion. So I am not here to complain about it. Not a bad choice for freshers. If you are here to learn, they are here to help you, that includes mentors, HR team, marketing team and leadership. You will grow your knowledge here, connect with people, learn how to survive in the job market, etc. It's a good place to start your career.
I do like the leadership here. Great people that you can learn from, not only for programming knowledge but also the positive energy and great attitudes towards one's career.
Company's after work gathering (they call it 'happy hour') is great. You learn a lot from precursors and peer workers.
Cons
For many others, you might find a better offer somewhere else. So if you think you have a better deal, you don't have to come here, seriously. Think twice before you sign the contract.
I would've rated 5 stars if we get higher pay, at least somewhere close to the industrial average.
