Pros
My immediate manager was 5/5, I personally believe that he should delegate more to his staff so he isnt burnt out, but its something to greatly value when you manager leads by example and will be down in the dirt with you handling problems. Not only a the ideal manager but a good person. ty.
Cons
The Company overall is a chaotic mess, SOPs, ways of working, and even what staff reasonability's changed daily. It was like throwing a dart at a board to know what was going to happen every day. I watched many new managers get hired and whole department of works get fired. Then have that same new management complain about quality control and productivity. The only consistent company value was management aiming down for cuts in budget rather they reducing any more the 6 figure a year accountants, or that same new management. Squeezing minimum wage workers for their value was the name of the game. Benefits were also absolute bare minimum.
