Pros
Everyone is kind and enthusiastic. When the management team tells you that you can reach out to them, they really mean it. Everyone is very goal oriented. They use a system based on learning and being able to teach back information, so their training is very thorough. There is huge room for advancement if you're a good salesperson.
Cons
All concerns are addressed with a cold party line instead of actively responding to the questions being asked. People are treated as entirely disposable. During the interview process, you will be given information on pay for transportation and commission, but those are not automatically included on top of your hourly as they will lead you to believe, so be very critical when responding to the information given to you.
