Pros
Great way to network and meet interesting people. Hours can be good and room for advandcement. My GM who just became Regional manager is GREAT. Cares about staff and well being.
Cons
Company expects high quality employees yet pay them like the average joe. A lot of customers in this workplace with egos out of this world (although, some are above spactacular!) They have me a few hours under full time, I think its because of insurance and all that jazz.
